This class is meant to be a place where anyone can gather together (virtually) while we are living through a global pandemic. As many businesses cannot gather in person in our community, we recognize the need for connection in a virtual sense, to provide space to process and just allow ourselves to “be” during this time of uncertainty.
Each class will begin with a guided meditation and conscious breathing and will be followed up by support, coaching and mindset shifts.
Each day of the week the class is held will have a specific theme. Monday’s will be focused on setting intentions for the week ahead. Wednesday’s will be focused on anchoring ourselves and Friday’s will be focused on releasing the emotions from the week prior.
You may attend all classes, or you may attend one. This is a class by class sign up and/or commitment. It is meant to be a place to promote self-inquiry, curiosity and community support. We hope you’ll join us!
