Yoga and Meditation

All of our yoga and meditation teachers are 200 hr trained and several of our yoga teachers have further training for working with kids and for teaching trauma sensitive yoga.  We believe that body/mind/spirit healing is the cornerstone of whole health and offer services to help you be your best self.  

We run our studio using MindBody.  You can access this via their free phone app, where you can create an account and purchase classes/packages/memberships.  MindBody has our most up to date calendar, and is the best place to check for any last minute cancellations.

We ask that you sign up for classes in advance using MindBody.  Please note that classes happen at both our Hubbardston studio and in Princeton at Mountainside.  Classes in Princeton are labeled "Mountainside" otherwise they will be in Hubbardston.
